It was a cold and snowy night but that didn't stop
a good sized crowd from showing up for the official unveil.
We all huddled together under a small tent and drank hot
chocolat and tapped our feet to stay warm. Many of our
friends and family were there and there was an overall warm feeling
despite the weather. Chris Dekker, the project manager,
introduced the ceremony, followed by a quick word from
ourselves and Mayor Don Atchison. After a short
audio presentation the lights were switched on for the first
time.
