The presence of geese is a common sight in the landscape,
across the city of Waterloo. The fitting presence and
distinctive form of this origami goose is one
that complements the
architectural aesthetic of the adjacent John M. Harper Public Library
and Stork Family YMCA.
This is a sculptural form within which one will be able to move, walk
around, sit under and simply interact with. There is an intention to
create an artwork that engages pedestrians, especially children, to
experience the sculpture up close.
